Magnolia Health and Wellness is open Tuesday-Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Late appointments are available certain days of the week and by appointment only. We strongly recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure the time and date you are looking for. Scheduling appointments last minute might result not being able to accommodate your requests.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved time. As we are a Medical Office, all clients are required to complete a confidential health questionnaire and sign treatment consent forms. If you are pregnant, please let us know this when you reserve your appointment.
Magnolia Health and Wellness aims for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services and products and commit our best efforts to make certain your skin care goals are met. Due to the Medical Grade value of these services and products –skin reactions and sensitivities are normal and vary from person to person. We ask that you keep realistic expectations and to realize you may need several treatments to achieve your goal. We highly encourage you to have a regimen set up with your technician to follow with us and to follow at home.
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee that can be equal to the full treatment cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. Any patients with two or more consecutive cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be
expected to prepay for their next scheduled service prior to booking the appointment. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who have requested an appointment for the same time. Additionally, some of our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and can have travelled to the spa specifically for your service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy as a courtesy to our team and other clients.
Magnolia Health and Wellness stands behind all of its’ services and products. All the services and products we offer are considered elective procedures and not of medical necessity. Insurance will not cover any of the services or products we offer. We have a firm No Return/Refund policy. There are No Refunds on services or products at anytime.
Gift certificates and pre-paid services have a 1-year expiration date from the date of purchase. If an appointment was missed and not cancelled before the 24-hour requirement—the gift certificate and/or the pre-paid service will be charged. We do offer a rewards program through Brilliant Distinctions/Allie. You can earn points with all your Allergan based purchases such as Skin Medica, Botox, Juvederm, Voluma and Kybella and Galderma based purchases such as Dysport, Sculptra, Lyft, Restalyne Products and SILK. If you are not enrolled–our staff will be more than happy to assist you in enrolling. We will issue points for every product purchase you make with us. If you are already enrolled— please inform check-out that you are a member so that she can give you points if needed. We do not keep track of when points are expiring and are not responsible if a coupon expires. Please make sure you give the front office all the information needed to process a coupon at the time of service check out. We will not be able to validate your coupon if you do not have it with you at check-out.
In order to ensure the safety of children and enjoyment of all guests, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. A signed parental consent is required for children under the age of 18 receiving any spa services. Due to the nature of our treatments, pets and children are not allowed in the treatment rooms. Clients arriving with children and pets will be rescheduled and charged the late rescheduling fee.
In consideration of other guests and to ensure a relaxing spa experience for yourself, we ask that you silence your cell phone and refrain from speaking, participating in live video conversations, or playing any audio or video without the use of headphones. Guests who use a smartphone in such manner will be gently asked to refrain from smartphone use or continue using their smartphone outside.
